Shipping Information

Read the shipping information of Lazzybeauty carefully to know how your order is dispatched, how to track your shipment, and what the ownership, terms and risks are.

Shipping Cost and Time

We deliver our products to customers around the world. When you're ready to make a purchase, our website will calculate the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process. This calculation happens after you've entered your shipping address.

We provide two shipping options: Registered Air Mail and Express delivery, which may involve carriers like DHL, UPS, or FedEx. During the checkout process and after you've specified your shipping country, you'll see estimates for the delivery time and shipping fees.

All our products include free Registered Air Mail shipping, also known as our standard shipping. The delivery time for this option is typically 6-15 days. For those who need their items more quickly, we offer express shipping. The cost for express shipping is not fixed; it is calculated based on the size and weight of the items, as well as the shipping address. The delivery time for express shipping is usually 3-5 days.

Taxes & Duties

In some countries outside of the United States, you might be required to pay import taxes, duties, and other customs-related fees for the items you're importing. Please note that these additional costs are not included in the payments you've made to us. The specific charges, if applicable, are determined and collected by the Customs office in the destination country. For more detailed information about these charges, please reach out directly to your local Customs office.

Free Worldwide Shipping, No Minimum Purchase

We're pleased to offer free worldwide standard shipping with no minimum purchase. However, it's important to note that due to increased shipping expenses, free expedited shipping is not available, especially to certain regions, including some parts of the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, and remote islands, the express shipping cost may be higher.

Check Your Order and Shipping

Once we send out your order, we'll email you with tracking information so you can follow your package. Please give it about 4 business hours for the delivery service to update and provide detailed tracking.

Changing Orders

We're pretty fast at getting your order ready to ship. So if you need to make any changes, get in touch with us ASAP.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

Make sure your address is correct because once your package is on its journey, we can't redirect it. We'll only send orders to the address you entered during checkout. It's on you to double-check. If an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction causes any loss, you're responsible for the financial loss.

Note: Don't use a PO Box address because express services can't deliver to them.

Once an order has been shipped (you've got the tracking number or the order status says it's completed), you can't cancel it. If, due to some exceptional event, you need to refuse the delivery after we've sent it, you'll have to follow our return and refund policies, and you'll be charged for the original shipping, which we'll subtract from your refund.

You'll need to sign for your package when it's delivered. If you're not there, and the package can't be delivered, we'll email you about it. You can then work with the delivery company to arrange another delivery.

If you don't get in touch with the delivery company within 5 days after the first attempt, they might send the goods back to us. We might be charged double the delivery cost for this. If it happens, we might ask you to cover the return charge and an extra fee for redelivery before we can send the item to you again.

When the goods arrive, it's your job to check that the order is complete and not damaged. Take a good look for any visible damage, and if possible, check the contents before accepting the delivery. If there's damage to the goods when they arrive, you can say no and let the delivery person know why. Alternatively, you can sign for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' when you accept them, but that means you accept the order as it is.

If, for any reason, the product(s) you ordered weren't available when you placed the order, we'll get in touch with you via email or phone within a day or so. We'll let you know the estimated delivery time, and if it doesn't work for you, you can cancel your order, and we'll give you a full refund.

Once we successfully process your order, we'll tell you when it's shipped and give you a tracking number. If you don't get a tracking number within 48 hours of finishing your purchase, please first check your email's "Junk/Spam" folder, and if it's not there, get in touch with us.

Shipping Disclaimer

During long-term transportation, uncontrollable circumstances may cause delays in delivery. Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, and the impact of war can all contribute to unexpected delays in your packages. We appreciate your understanding regarding these factors that are beyond our control. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any such issues as they arise.

Please note that some carriers may not contact you by phone and may deliver directly to your door or mailbox. If a delivery requires a signature and you are not available, the package may be held at your local post office. In such cases, you will need to call to confirm or visit the post office to collect your package.
