How Does Dr.pen Work?

Important: Microneedling cartridges must be sterilized before each use to ensure safe and hygienic treatment. Carefully follow these steps to ensure proper sterilization:

1. Gather the necessary equipment: gloves, 70% or higher isopropyl alcohol solution, and a clean container for the solution.
2. Wear gloves to prevent contamination.
3. Inspect the cartridge to ensure that the needles are undamaged and free of debris.
4. Pour enough alcohol solution into the container to submerge the cartridge needles.
5. Immerse the cartridge needle in the sterilization container and allow it to soak for a few minutes.
6. If you have a spray model, you can spray the alcohol solution onto the cartridge needle head.
7. After sterilization, allow the cartridge to air dry completely.
8. Your cartridge is now ready to use.

How Do I Use It?

To prevent cross-contamination, it's important to sterilize the cartridge before use. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Cleanse your skin twice, then wipe with an alcohol wipe to ensure thorough cleaning.
2. Tie your hair back completely away from your face to avoid interference during the procedure.
3. Work on small areas of skin, applying serum to each area before using the pen. This will help the pen glide smoothly without dragging or pulling on the skin.
4. For best results, follow a pattern when moving the pen: start with vertical strokes, then horizontal, then diagonal in both directions.
5. Apply gentle pressure and avoid dragging the pen across the skin. 
6. Repeat this motion twice over each area for best results.
