Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Lazzybeauty. We hope you love your purchases, but if you are not totally satisfied with the products or request a refund, we are always here to help.

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. For details on what is not eligible for a return, please visit our warranty page.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email confirming its arrival and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and funds will be automatically deposited to your original payment method within a specific number of days (generally 7-15 days, excluding holidays).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn't been deposited.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting your refund.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as they may also require some processing time for the refund.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the item's value upon its return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping:

To return your product, please mail it to the following address: Room 1305, HuaFeng International Business Building 4018 Banan Blvd., Banan Dist., Shenzhen, China.

Please make sure to include the order ID with your return package. While we cover the shipping fee to send the item to the buyer, for the returns of unwanted products, and manmade defective products, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, we are only responsible for the return of defactive products' shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
