Shipping Cost and Time
We currently offer Standard Shipping to all eligible destinations.

- Delivery Time: Estimated 5–8 business days for most countries
Shipping estimates will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, local courier schedules, or holidays.
Note: Deliveries to remote areas, South America, Africa, and the Middle East may take longer depending on local logistics conditions.
Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped to addresses within the United States are not subject to import taxes or customs duties, and enjoy free standard shipping. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. For orders shipped outside of the United States, import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Free Shipping, No Minimum Purchase
We offer free standard international shipping on all beauty machines, aesthetic equipment, and beauty tools — with no minimum order value.
Note: In certain regions (including parts of the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South America, Africa, and remote islands), delivery may take longer due to local restrictions.

Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 4 business hours for the tracking link to become active on the carrier’s website.
Address & Order Changes
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.
We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please use a valid residential or business address when placing your order.
Delivery Terms & Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. If a package is lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for any resulting financial loss.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are marked as shipped. If you refuse delivery for any reason, you may be charged for the original shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Some deliveries may require a signature. If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us. If this occurs, you may be responsible for the return and redelivery costs.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately. If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery and notify the carrier. If you accept it, please sign as “UNCHECKED” to note any issues for follow-up.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you within 1 business day with an updated estimated delivery time. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Disclaimer
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs inspections, or geopolitical events.
Some carriers may deliver directly to your mailbox or doorstep without prior contact. If a signature is required and no one is available, the package may be held at your local post office or delivery center.
