Thank you for shopping at Lazzybeauty. We hope you're happy with your purchases, but if you're not completely satisfied or need a repair, we're here to assist you.

Warranty Period

Lazzybeauty offers warranty service and customer support for new and certified refurbished products bought from Lazzybeauty's official website (lazzybeauty.com). Note: we did not sell on the third party marketplace, like eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress, DHgate, etc.

For new products, we provide a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you register your new product within 1 years of purchase, you'll receive an additional 6-month warranty on top of the 1-year warranty.The warranty period begins on the date of your invoice.

Warranty Forfeiture

The warranty becomes void in these situations: (a) Products are labeled as "sample" or "Not for Sale," sold "AS IS," or provided as "prototype";  (c) Serial tags, product stickers, or trademarks are removed or tampered with; (d) Products are disassembled, mishandled, used incorrectly, or defaced; (e) Damage occurs due to accidents, dismantling, abuse, or service by someone other than the authorized vendor, or if the warranty period has expired; (f) Damage results from improper working conditions or operation, such as incorrect temperature, humidity, physical or electrical stress, power issues, static electricity, or using the wrong power adapter, etc.; (h) The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable; (i) Liquids, gels, creams, and membranes are not refundable and are considered final sale.

Warranty Policy

Product: At Lazzybeauty, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If a product doesn't meet your expectations or is defective, you can request a refund, exchange, or repair based on your situation.

Accessories: If you're unhappy with any accessories, as long as it does not fall within the warranty forfeiture conditions mentioned above, we can replace them or provide a full refund at any time, with shipping costs covered by us.

Important Note: Orders that are being processed, on hold, or have already shipped (you've received a tracking number or your order status is completed) can't be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package has been sent from Lazzybeauty due to unforeseen circumstances, you must adhere to our return and refund policies and cover the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

a) For Unwanted Products

If a Lazzybeauty product you bought directly from us doesn't meet your needs but isn't defective, we call it an "unwanted product."

You can return the unwanted product (Product for Refund) to Lazzybeauty for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified on our website, receipt, or packing slip. You are responsible for the shipping fees. After 30 days, refunds and exchanges for unwanted products are not available.

To ensure a smooth refund process, make sure your Product for Refund meets our inspection criteria:

  1. It's in the original manufacturer's packaging and securely packaged.
  2. It includes all accessories, documentation, and standard certification labels.
  3. It has no permanent alterations, damages, or signs of tampering.
  4. It's free from any damages like dents, scratches, or power surges.

We recommend using a traceable carrier for return shipping. Lazzybeauty is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Returned products will be inspected by Lazzybeauty, and if they meet the criteria, your refund will be processed. Non-conforming products for refund may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Lazzybeauty's discretion.

b) For Non-Manmade Defective Products

If the product is defective (not due to user mishandling) when you receive it, you can return it to Lazzybeauty within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, with shipping costs covered by us.

If the defect occurs after 30 days but within the 1-year warranty period, you can request a replacement or repair, with return shipping fees on your end and Lazzybeauty covering the replacement or repair costs.

If the defect happens after 1 year but within the 2-year warranty period, you are responsible for shipping fees both ways and replacement or repair costs depending on the package's weight and size.

c) For Manmade Defective Products

For products with manmade defects, refunds are not available. Within the warranty period, replacement or repair is an option, but you'll need to cover service charges, shipping costs, and other fees.

d) How to Return

  • Step 1: Contact us and provide your order number.
  • Step 2: We'll send you an RMA number.
  • Step 3: Pack the items securely and ship them.

Important Note: Pack the items with the original box. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.

e) Shipping in Return Process

For your protection, use a traceable carrier with delivery confirmation for return shipping. Lazzybeauty is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

International customers may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are your responsibility.

Upgrade or Exchange Policy

Lazzybeauty can't exchange a returned product for a different type unless certain conditions are met:

  • The returned product is within Lazzybeauty's limited warranty period (1 year) and is returned for repair or replacement.
  • Products of the same model as the returned one are out of stock.

If these requirements are met, Lazzybeauty may offer various options for a substitution or an upgrade product.

Note: You can't request another substitution for new exchange products unless they are defective.
