Flagship device
Our premium dermatology laser. 550 picosecond pulse duration creates photoacoustic shockwaves that shatter pigment particles into clearance-friendly sizes. The technology that revolutionized tattoo removal and remains the gold standard for melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and traumatic tattoo removal.
Other dermatology lasers
Most dermatology clinics run 2โ3 specialized lasers plus a complementary IPL or RF platform. These are the units our derm clinic customers most often pair with Picosecond Q-X.

Dermatology clinic equipment requires medical-grade installation โ dedicated electrical, laser-safe room construction, laser safety officer designation. Equipment cost is ~60% of total clinical buildout cost. Annual service contract (years 2+) is mandatory in our terms โ these devices drift if not recalibrated and out-of-spec lasers can cause client harm.
Equipment FAQ
Every medical laser we sell has FDA 510(k) clearance โ typically 4โ6 indications per device. We provide clearance documentation with each quote. FDA clears the device, but the practitioner is responsible for treatment-area indication appropriateness. We can’t advise on off-label use.
Tell us your clinical focus (general derm, cosmetic, pigmentary), patient volume, and facility readiness. We'll send a custom medical laser quote, FDA clearance documentation, service contract terms, and an installation timeline coordinated with your buildout schedule.
