How often, how long, and when to rest. A complete 12-week schedule for sustainable results.
A 4-minute breakdown of an ideal week, an ideal month, and the full 12-week course for real results.
More cavitation is not better. The body needs 48-72 hours between sessions to process released fat through the lymphatic system. Schedule too tightly and you overload the liver; schedule too loosely and you lose momentum.
The sweet spot is 2-3 sessions per week, on non-consecutive days. Most people see best results with Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday schedules.
Daily cavitation does not give your liver and lymphatic system time to process. This leads to temporary fatigue and reduced effectiveness.
