Two technologies, one synergistic protocol. The exact sequence, timing, and parameters for combined body sculpting at home.
A 9-minute walkthrough demonstrating the cavitation + RF combination protocol on the abdomen: technique, sequence, timing, and what to expect.
Cavitation breaks down fat cell membranes. RF heats deeper tissue to stimulate collagen and tighten skin. Used together in the correct sequence, they address both fat reduction and the skin laxity that fat reduction often leaves behind. This is the home protocol used by professionals.
Cavitation alone reduces fat but can leave skin loose (especially in older clients). RF alone tightens skin but does not reduce volume significantly. Together: cavitation reduces the underlying volume, RF tightens the now-smaller skin envelope. The result is sculpted contour rather than just smaller-but-loose tissue.
Always cavitation first (works in deeper subcutaneous fat layer), then RF (works closer to skin surface). Reversed order means RF heats the area before cavitation can do its work efficiently – results drop 30-40%.
Single-treatment session: 48h recovery. Combined cavitation + RF session: 72-96h minimum recovery. Doing back-to-back combined sessions causes inflammation buildup and reduces results.
Combined protocol produces results in roughly half the sessions compared to single-treatment. Where cavitation alone might take 10-12 sessions for visible change, combined cavitation+RF often shows similar results in 5-8 sessions.

Pillar 7
Combining cavitation and RF is the most popular advanced body sculpting technique because it addresses both fat and skin laxity simultaneously. Here is the home protocol.
Before treatment
After treatment
Summer: Increase post-treatment SPF to SPF 50. Heat exposure (beach, pool) accelerates inflammation – schedule sessions for evenings.
Winter: Skin barrier is already dryer – apply hyaluronic acid more frequently (3-4x daily). Avoid hot showers for 48 hours post-session.
Yes. You can use your cavitation machine, then immediately use your RF machine on the same area. The sequence matters, not whether they are the same device.
