30-day return policy applies to all equipment shipped to Australia.
Inspect the crate at delivery before signing. Visible damage — refuse the shipment or note it on the delivery receipt. Internal damage discovered within 7 days is covered by our cargo insurance — we replace or repair at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days. Return shipping is at customer expense; we refund the equipment cost minus a restocking fee once received and inspected. Full return policy →
AU-specific FAQ
Our current product range is sold as general professional aesthetic / cosmetic equipment — not listed on the TGA Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) as a medical device. If a specific product later carries TGA listing, it will be labeled on that product page. Most aesthetic salon applications fall outside therapeutic goods scope. If your intended use involves specific therapeutic claims, you are responsible for verifying requirements before purchase.
