Our equipment is designed for cosmetic and beauty applications and is not intended or marketed as medical equipment. Depending on the product model and destination country, relevant compliance documents, test reports, declarations, or registration information may be available for the EU, UK, US, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. Applicable documents can be included with the shipment upon request. Please contact us to confirm the exact compliance document matrix for your selected model.

We don’t ship to PO boxes — equipment requires a physical signature. Freight forwarders are fine: we’ve worked with major ones in Miami, Dubai, and Hong Kong for re-export to markets we don’t serve directly.
