Production starts in Shenzhen. If destination is re-export to another GCC country, specify at order.
Bench-tested, ISPM-15 wood-crated. Dubai customs accepts ISPM-15 with same-day clearance.
DHL Express via Dubai (DXB) or Abu Dhabi (AUH).
Our broker files entry with Dubai Customs or Federal Customs Authority. VAT (currently 5%) prepaid for DDP. Typical clearance same-day for documentary entries.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi metros: same-day after clearance. Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah: 1 day. Fujairah and remote eastern UAE: 1–2 days.

30-day return policy applies to all equipment shipped to the UAE.
Inspect the crate at delivery before signing. Visible damage — refuse the shipment or note it on the delivery receipt. Internal damage discovered within 7 days is covered by our cargo insurance — we replace or repair at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days. Return shipping is at customer expense; we refund the equipment cost minus a restocking fee once received and inspected. Full return policy →
UAE-specific FAQ
Our current product range is sold as general professional aesthetic / cosmetic equipment — not registered with SASO (Saudi) or ESMA (Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology) as a regulated medical device. If a specific product later carries SASO/ESMA medical conformity, it will be labeled on that product page. Aesthetic salon applications typically fall outside medical-device scope, though some emirates require general consumer-product registration for resale.
