Post-Brexit imports require additional paperwork (EORI numbers, GVMS pre-lodgement). Our retained UK broker handles all of it before your shipment arrives.
You receive a VAT-paid commercial invoice you can reclaim against output VAT if registered. No reverse-charge accounting needed.
Cord shipped with BSI Kitemark 13A fused plug. Compliant with consumer electrical product general safety standards.
NI shipments use a separate customs route under the Windsor Framework. Slightly longer (10–14 days vs 8–12) but no extra cost.

Policies
30-day return policy applies to all equipment shipped to the United Kingdom.
Inspect the crate at delivery before signing. Visible damage — refuse the shipment or note it on the delivery receipt. Internal damage discovered within 7 days is covered by our cargo insurance — we replace or repair at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days. Return shipping is at customer expense; we refund the equipment cost minus a restocking fee once received and inspected. Full return policy →
UK-specific FAQ
Our current product range is sold as general professional aesthetic / cosmetic equipment — not certified as a medical device under MHRA. Cosmetic equipment follows general consumer electrical product safety (UKCA for electrical safety), separate from medical-device marking. If a specific product later carries medical-device certification, it will be labeled on that product page. Most aesthetic and cosmetic salon applications fall outside medical-device scope.
