Built for the Canadian market
Quebec's French-language obligations (loi 96) covered: French quick-start card, French support on request. Other provinces default to English.
HST (Ontario, Atlantic), GST+PST (BC, SK, MB), GST+QST (Quebec), GST only (Alberta, territories) — all calculated and prepaid at clearance for DDP shipments.

Policies
30-day return policy applies to all equipment shipped to Canada.
Inspect the crate at delivery before signing. Visible damage — refuse the shipment or note it on the delivery receipt. Internal damage discovered within 7 days is covered by our cargo insurance — we replace or repair at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days. Return shipping is at customer expense; we refund the equipment cost minus a restocking fee once received and inspected. Full return policy →

Our current product range is sold as general professional aesthetic / cosmetic equipment — not licensed by Health Canada as a Class I/II/III/IV medical device. If a specific product later carries Health Canada medical-device licensing, it will be labeled on that product page. Aesthetic and cosmetic salon applications generally fall outside Health Canada medical-device scope.
