Our broker files entry with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) under the agreed HS classification. DDP shipments: duties prepaid; you pay nothing on arrival.

30-day return policy applies to all equipment shipped to the United States.
Inspect the crate at delivery before signing. Visible damage — refuse the shipment or note it on the delivery receipt. Internal damage discovered within 7 days is covered by our cargo insurance — we replace or repair at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days. Return shipping is at customer expense; we refund the equipment cost minus a restocking fee once received and inspected. Full return policy →
