Built for the Brazilian market
Brazil has a split 127V/220V grid — São Paulo at 127V, Brasília at 220V, even within the same state. Tell us your city; we configure correctly before shipping.
Brazil's NBR 14136 Type N plug is mandatory since 2010. Equipment without it can't be sold or used legally. We install Type N (not Type C or universal) on every Brazilian shipment.
Cartão de início rápido em português included free. Full Portuguese manual on request, no extra cost.
Brazilian customs has its own pace and documentation quirks. Our retained broker has local presence and handles SISCOMEX filings.
Northeast Brazil (Bahia, Pernambuco, Ceará) sometimes routes via Recife instead of São Paulo to save 2–3 days.

BR-specific FAQ
Our current product range is sold as general professional aesthetic / cosmetic equipment (equipamento estético geral) — not registered with ANVISA as a medical device (produto médico). If a specific product later carries ANVISA registration under RDC norms, it will be labeled on that product page. Most aesthetic salon applications fall outside ANVISA medical-device scope.
