Production starts in Shenzhen. Destination country confirmed at order stage so we configure plug type and language correctly.

Our EU broker clears at the most favorable port of entry (typically Netherlands or Germany). Once cleared, goods move freely within the customs union — no second clearance.
Most EU destinations eligible for DDP with VAT prepaid at destination-country rate. Single commercial invoice with VAT itemized for your tax return.
Specify destination country at order; we install the correct plug type (Schuko, French Type E, Italian Type L, etc.) before shipment.

Policies
30-day return policy applies to all equipment shipped to the European Union.
Inspect the crate at delivery before signing. Visible damage — refuse the shipment or note it on the delivery receipt. Internal damage discovered within 7 days is covered by our cargo insurance — we replace or repair at no additional cost.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days. Return shipping is at customer expense; we refund the equipment cost minus a restocking fee once received and inspected. Full return policy →
EU-specific FAQ
Our current product range is sold as general professional aesthetic / cosmetic equipment — not registered under EU MDR as a medical device. Cosmetic equipment follows the Cosmetic Products Regulation and general electrical safety (LVD/EMC), separate from medical-device CE. If a specific product later carries EU MDR certification, it will be labeled on that product page. Most aesthetic salon and home-use applications do not fall under EU MDR scope.
